Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Chris Carnes brings more than 36 years of distinguished military leadership, operational management, strategic planning, and workforce development experience to Envision HR, LLC. Throughout his Army career, he led complex organizations, advised senior leaders, managed high-performing teams, developed future leaders, and directed mission-critical operations in dynamic and demanding environments around the world.
In addition to his military leadership experience, Chris served as an instructor at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College for 15 years, educating and mentoring military leaders in strategic leadership, operational planning, organizational effectiveness, and decision-making.
